Visit of the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, to Brussels – Panel Discussion: “Serbia: A Strategic Candidate Country at a Critical Crossroads”, Brussels, 12 September 2025 | Mission of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union in Brussels

As part of the visit of the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, to Brussels, a panel discussion titled “Serbia: A Strategic Candidate Country at a Critical Crossroads” was held at the Mission of the Republic of Serbia to the EU in Brussels.

President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, presented the activities and achievements in the area of legislative work of the National Assembly that are relevant to the European integration process of the Republic of Serbia. She also addressed current social and political developments in Serbia.

In an open dialogue with the panel participants, President Brnabić emphasized her belief in the core values of the European Union and in dialogue, stating that the event represents a confirmation of Serbia’s commitment to open and honest dialogue on all aspects relevant to the political and social situation in the country and its European path.

The panel was attended by more than 40 participants, including representatives of the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Regional Cooperation Council, the diplomatic corps in Brussels, academic institutions in Belgium, members of the Serbian diaspora, and journalists.
